- Executive Hiring is looking for a eComm National Account Head for an FMCG, based at Bangalore.

- MBA from Premier School with 7-9 years of experience in an FMCG of which at least 2 years in managing Large eCommerce Accounts nationally.

- Proven experience managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra etc.) and related technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.


The Brief :

- As the E-commerce & Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for the P&L of the online sales channel and own the overall budget. The incumbent will be responsible for building and driving the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the online sales channels.

To lead a team of e-commerce KAM's and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations, to ensure a seamless and profitable online shopping experience for the customers.


KRA's :

- Owner of the Account P&L and the Budget

- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive revenue, conversion, and customer retention.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

- Analyse key performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

- Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.

- Build & lead a high-performance team of ecommerce professionals through coaching.

- Identify new revenue streams and opportunities - New Platforms, supply avenues, omnichannel stores etc

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the e-commerce experience.

- Build strong relationships with external partners, including payment gateways, shipping providers, and technology vendors.

- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new launches and maintains a close relationship with the commercial & Operations teams, representing the digital consumer and eCommerce efforts needed in the process.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to e-commerce operations.

- Lead the analysis on e-commerce performance and initiatives and share insights & recommendations to maximize organizational success

- Owner of setting up a profitable D2C business - through right partnerships & execution with internal and internal stakeholders.
