About the Role- For Associate / Senior Associate

We are looking for team members to join our Governance and Policy team. In this role, you will support research, analysis, and the development of state and national manifestos and policy recommendations. This role requires keen analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for public sector impact. You will collaborate with team members to implement governance reforms, evaluate policy initiatives, and contribute to actionable recommendations that advance the team's mission.

Eligibility

- Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering or related fields

- Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable

- Strong grasp of India's political landscape and governance structures

- Proactive attitude, willingness to travel if needed

- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment

Skills

- Ability to collect, synthesise, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for evidence- based governance reforms

- Proficiency in basic data analysis, reporting, and forming recommendations under guidance

- Clear and concise writing for policy briefs, reports, presentations, and stakeholder summaries

- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and support project delivery

- Foundational understanding of Indian policy systems, political dynamics, and development frameworks

- Willingness to learn and handle multiple parallel tasks as project demands change.

Job Description

- Research & Analysis: Conduct background research, gather data, and support preparation of actionable reports for governance and policy reform initiatives

- Policy Development Assistance: Contribute to drafting policy documents, manifestos and recommendations under supervision

- Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and analysis summaries for both internal and external audiences

- Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of political, regulatory, and programmatic developments; introduce best practices and innovations to team processes

- Flexibility: Adapt quickly to emerging priorities and support senior management in complex, high-pressure contexts.

About the Role For Manager

We are looking for Project Managers to join our Governance and Policy team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the different state manifestos and policy recommendations to the national and state, ensuring the strategic alignment of governance reforms, and supporting their effective execution. If you have a strong analytical mindset, leadership abilities, and a passion for political and governance consulting, we invite you to bring your expertise to our dynamic team!

Eligibility

- Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law or Engineering

- Previous experience of 2-4 years in consulting, governance research, or similar fields is highly desirable

- A deep understanding of India's political and policy landscape, culture, and geography,

- Willingness to travel as needed

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

- Expertise in conducting deep-dive research and analysis to inform governance reforms and develop strategic, actionable policy recommendations

- Strong analytical mindset to identify challenges and propose effective solutions within complex political and governance frameworks

- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure delivery of governance initiatives aligned with strategic goals

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports, policy briefs, and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders
