Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor variances, and contribute to reliable financial forecasts.

- Internal Controls & Processes: Establish and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.

- Audits: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring the company remains audit-ready at all times.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to deliver insights, support strategic decision-making, and identify cost-saving or efficiency opportunities.

- Tax Compliance: Oversee tax planning and ensure timely, accurate filings and statutory compliance.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and liquidity.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, legal requirements, and accounting standards.

- MIS Reports Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data, highlight key financial trends, and provide insights to support management decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Skilled at interpreting financial data and translating it into actionable business insights.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards, and financial systems/software.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data and reports.

- Communication Skills: Able to present financial information clearly to stakeholders and senior management.

- Experience: Extensive background in accounting and finance, including prior management experience.
