Vertical Head
Strategic Partnerships & Industry Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the Institute's network of industry and institutional partners.
- Strengthen collaborations for academic programs, research projects, internships, and final placements.
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to build long-term, success-driven partnerships.
Corporate Relations:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Institute's offerings and foster strong relationships with the corporate sector.
- Identify and nurture key industry players for co-creating academic programs and curriculum development.
- Advocate for enhanced positioning of NAMTECH graduates within the industry.
Fundraising & Financial Sustainability:
- Spearhead efforts to secure financial sustainability for the Institute.
- Collaborate with faculty to organize grants and build the Institute's corpus.
- Generate funding for research initiatives from diverse sources.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with academic institutions for collaborative research and academic partnerships.
- Engage existing donors as strategic stakeholders in the Institute's growth.
- Continuously map and research the philanthropic and corporate grant ecosystem to expand the donor base.
Operational Excellence:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate opportunities for internships, industry-linked projects, and final placements.
- Resolve escalations arising from high-pressure, multi-stakeholder activities.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team to execute the partnership strategy effectively.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant domain.
