Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering with an MBA from a recognized institution is strongly preferred. An engineering qualification accompanied by a B-school graduate profile will be considered an advantage.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising, preferably in education or a related field. Experience in advertising agency services will also be considered seriously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Development: Develop and execute branding strategies that resonate with our target audience and elevate our institution's visibility in the technical education sector.
- Creative Leadership: Partner with advertising and branding agencies to design and implement impactful marketing campaigns that reflect our brand values and connect with our stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners to gain insights into brand perception and identify opportunities for deeper engagement and enhancement of the brand experience.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling, audience-focused content across multiple platforms (website, social media, print) that showcases our offerings and reinforces our brand story. Your writing should inspire and engage communities while being authentic to our institution's ethos.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and gather competitive intelligence, using insights to inform branding initiatives and strategic decisions.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of branding and communication efforts, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments (admissions, academic teams, and events) to ensure aligned messaging and a cohesive brand experience throughout the student journey.
