Myntra is seeking to hire Senior Business Finance Manager - Supply Chain to oversee financial planning, analysis, and decision support for our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Develop and manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and financial models. - Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on cost fluctuations. - Support cost reduction initiatives and track key financial metrics. Cost & Profitability Management - Analyze procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory costs. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. - Assess supplier contracts and logistics expenses to optimize spending. Business Partnering & Decision Support - Work with supply chain and operations teams to align financial goals. - Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements. - Support pricing, sourcing, and inventory management decisions. Risk Management & Compliance - Ensure financial controls and compliance with company policies. - Monitor risks related to supply chain disruptions and cost fluctuations. - Support audits and reporting requirements. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's Technology/Master's in Finance. - Experience: 7-10 years in business finance & FP&A, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing. Skills: - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. - Expertise in cost management and forecasting. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel. - Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial teams.
