Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Land Acquisition Head. The Land Acquisition Head will be responsible for managing land acquisition processes, conducting due diligence, overseeing land development projects, and performing market research to identify potential land opportunities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external parties to ensure the successful acquisition and development of land.

Qualifications:

- Skills in Acquisitions and Land Acquisition

- Experience in Due Diligence and Land Development

- Proficiency in Market Research

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and lead a team

- Thorough understanding of local land laws and regulations

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
