- Create regional sales plans and projection in alignment with business objectives

- Support Sales Managers with day-to-day business activities

- Evaluate branch and individual performances

- Report on regional sales results

- Forecast quarterly and annual profits

- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for business growth

- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

- Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in a regional leadership role.

- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.

- Ability to travel within the region as required.
