About:

- Scrutinizing the legal documents and LSR.

- Maintenance of MIS based on processing the bills of Panel Advocates & on the guidelines provided for Panel Advocates fees structure as per policy.

- Co-ordinate with Vendors such as panel advocates & panel company secretaries etc.

- Fraudulent transaction detection & control.

- Co-ordinate with other department and resolve queries.

- Attending training sessions conducted with regard to new amendments or modification in legal policy and be updated with the latest new amendments or modification in legal policy in general & with respect to local developing authorities.

- Providing due diligence of the cases done.

- Drafting and verifying various documents such as Notices, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, Registered Mortgage etc. and also replying to Notices, prepare Written Statements, Replies etc.
