Role Overview:

- As the Head of Growth, you will take charge of our growth engine and be our intrapreneuryou will oversee all new and ongoing supplementary projects at Muses, driving their success from ideation to execution and taking them from 0-1. Youll be responsible for growing the reach, revenue, and impact of our initiatives while ensuring alignment with the companys mission and strategic goals.

At Muses Consulting Studio, we specialize in connecting brands with college students through innovative marketing campaigns, community building, and cutting-edge projects. From empowering student creators to launching ambassador programs and on-campus activations, we aim to redefine how brands engage with Gen-Z.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and implement growth strategies for Muses Connect, Muses of X student clubs, the Campus

Tour, and other projects.

- Identify opportunities for new projects that align with Muses' mission and market demand.

- Take complete ownership of all initiatives, from ideation to scaling, acting as the primary decisionmaker for each project.

- Build operational processes and frameworks to ensure scalability and long-term sustainability of each project.

- Develop and oversee OKRs for all growth initiatives, ensuring measurable success.

Project Management:

- Lead the execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

- Collaborate with campaign managers and project teams to optimize operations and resolve

roadblocks.

- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, including project managers, engineers, and marketing specialists.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across all teams.

Revenue Growth:

- Develop monetization strategies for Muses Connect and other scalable platforms. Collaborate with the sales team to attract and onboard new clients and sponsors for various projects.

What Were Looking For:

- Proven track record of taking projects from 0 to 1, including developing and executing GTM

strategies.

- Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for storytelling and brand-building.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges.

- Passion for working with students and a deep understanding of Gen-Z trends.

- Experience in community building, platform development, or event marketing is a plus.

- Prior experience in scaling teams and processes is a plus.

Note: At Muses, our standard work hours are 6 PM - 3 AM. We adjusted the hours on Monday and Friday for a more employee-friendly schedule.
