Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for TMT Bars.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers (hardware stores, contractors, construction firms, etc.).
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities\ for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of TMT Bar products, their features, benefits, and applications to provide effective recommendations to customers.
Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring product satisfaction, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues.
Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer issues, and market insights to the management
Experience:
- 5 plus years of experience in Sales for TMT Bars.
Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing.
Key Skills Required: Good Communication Skills
