Core Responsibility:

- Campaign Management: Setting up, launching, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (display, video, mobile, social, etc.

- This includes managing budgets, bids, targeting, and creative assets.

- Ad Trafficking: Implementing and managing ad tags (code snippets) across ad servers and ad exchanges to ensure proper ad delivery.

- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyzing campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.

- This involves using analytics platforms and reporting tools.

- Reporting: Creating and delivering regular performance reports to clients or internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, or creative assets.

- Quality Assurance: Ensuring ad creatives are compliant with specifications and quality standards, and that ads are displaying correctly across all devices and browsers.

- Programmatic Buying: Managing programmatic advertising campaigns, including setting up deals, optimizing bids, and analyzing performance.

- Client Communication: Communicating directly with clients regarding campaign performance, providing updates and recommendations.

- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.

- Project Governance & Standardisation: Ensure alignment of project execution with strategic business goals and Agile methodologies.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive assessment and contingency planning.

- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams to drive seamless execution.

- Mandatory Japanese Interpreter Skill sets.

Translation & Interpretation:

- Translation (Written): Translating documents, websites, marketing materials, technical manuals, software, and other content from Japanese to the target language (usually English or the local language) and vice-versa.

- This requires strong linguistic skills and cultural understanding to ensure accurate and natural-sounding translations.

- Interpretation (Spoken): Providing real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, presentations, and phone calls.

- This requires excellent listening skills, quick thinking, and the ability to accurately convey meaning between parties.

- Localization: Adapting content and products for the Japanese market, taking into account cultural nuances, language conventions, and local preferences.

- This goes beyond simple translation and involves making content culturally appropriate.

Communication & Business:

- Business Communication: Communicating with Japanese clients, partners, or colleagues via email, phone, or in person.

- This includes writing professional emails, participating in meetings, and building relationships.

- Negotiation & Liaison: Acting as a liaison between Moving Walls and other Japanese parties, facilitating communication and negotiation.

- Customer Support: Providing customer support to JR East Railway Company(jeki), answering inquiries, and resolving issues.

- Sales & Marketing: Supporting sales and marketing efforts in the Japanese market, translating marketing materials, and communicating with potential clients.

Other Useful Skill Sets:

- Basic knowledge of Programmatic Campaigns in Digital Out Of Home (DOOH).

- Eager to learn and understand the Moving Walls platforms.

- Having JLPT N1 or N2.

- Ability to cope with tight deadlines.

- Tech/ Platform savvy.
