
Job Title: Corporate F&B Revenue Manager.
Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The Corporate Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager will oversee and drive the strategic direction, operational excellence, and profitability of the companys food and beverage operations across all properties.
This role requires a strong blend of operational expertise, financial acumen, and innovation in F&B concepts to ensure consistency, quality, and growth in line with the brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with company goals and brand positioning.
- Identify new market trends, dining concepts, and innovative experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion, new openings, and menu rollouts.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure standardized F&B policies, SOPs, and service guidelines across all units.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and service.
- Conduct regular property audits to ensure compliance with operational and brand standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of the outlets with regards to FSSAI, Liquor License, etc.
Financial Management:
- Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, menu engineering, and upselling initiatives.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance for all F&B outlets.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage supply chain efficiencies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire property-level F&B managers, chefs, and service teams.
- Provide training frameworks to ensure continuous improvement and talent development.
- Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability across teams.
Brand, Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure brand identity and consistency across all F&B touchpoints.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Implement sustainability practices in sourcing, waste management, and operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 8 -12 years of progressive F&B management experience, with at least 35 years in a multi-unit or corporate role.
- Strong financial management skills with proven experience in P&L accountability.
- Deep knowledge of F&B trends, guest experience innovation, and international standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across properties.
