Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Head, based in Jaipur.
- The B2B Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing business-to-business sales strategies.
- They will establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure revenue growth.
- Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in market research and sales data analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
