
Product Consultant (Client Service Specialist)
We're looking for a highly motivated Client Service Specialist with 3-4 years of experience in client support, preferably within the financial sector.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner and a self-starter with a proven ability to provide best-in-class service.
This role is crucial for managing incoming client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a professional and timely response to all customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support Excellence:
- You'll provide best-in-class service for all incoming client queries related to Morningstar's products and services.
- This includes a proactive and timely approach to escalated issues and regular follow-ups to ensure all outstanding requests are resolved.
Product Expertise:
- You'll develop and maintain expert knowledge of Morningstar's offerings, serving as a key resource for both clients and team members.
- Your deep understanding will allow you to act as a consultant, providing insightful solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- You'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating strong client advocacy.
- You'll manage relationships with contractual timelines and scope, ensuring a positive client experience.
Operational Efficiency:
- You'll work to meet all required service levels and provide and facilitate necessary corporate and departmental communications.
Skills:
- Client Service: Proven experience in a client support or service role.
- Financial Acumen: A good understanding of financial markets and investment products (stocks, mutual funds, commodities, currency), with a strong desire to learn more.
- Technical Knowledge: An understanding of networking, internet, communication concepts, and complex software systems.
- Software Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships with local and international stakeholders.
Experience & Education:
Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in client support or service, with a track record of managing clients with contractual timelines
