Reporting Manager: CFO

Role Objective:

Lead engagement for handling large size and growing treasury operations to ensure optimal liquidity, risk management, and capital efficiency. In additional, responsible for preparing and driving the organization for successful listing through IPO in coordination with CFO, compliance officer, advisors, Investors and other stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.

2. Arranging fund based and non-fund based funding for business operations including greenfield and brownfield projects.

3. Cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.

4. Optimize capital structure, debt management, and cost of funds.

5. Working closely with business teams and controllers on managing working capital requirements

6. Overseeing insurance coverage across entities, businesses and plants in cost effective manner.

7. Ensure compliance with treasury policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements

8. Restructuring of banking function to be lean and work in an efficient and effective manner.

9. Build financial models to support business cases, capital allocation, and investment decisions.

10. Support in funding, set up of treasury processes, systems etc. for new entities in India and internationally.

11. Preparing the company for successful listing (IPO) including support in legal entity restructuring, capital restructuring and other necessary steps in coordination with advisors.

12. Managing relationships with investors, analysts, preparing investor presentations, and management commentary for analysts and stakeholders etc.

Work Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in similar profile with proven track record in Investor Relations, financial strategy, and business partnering

- Strong general management capabilities Essential

Knowledge/ Skills:

1. Exposure to working in high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred

2. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage investors, analysts, and leadership team

3. High proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and decision-support tools.

4. Strong understanding of capital markets, risk management, and corporate finance.

Education:

Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 institute
