Talentmint is hiring for a Senior level sales position in Modern Trade Sales for a Multinational Large Appliances and Electronics Manufacturing organization.
Experience - Minimum 10 Years of experience in Modern Trade Sales
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibility:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the modern trade sales strategy and growth plans in line with the overall business strategy.
Revenue & Profitability: Drive profitability and deliver on revenue and category share parameters.
Trade Marketing & Promotions: Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy.
Account Management: Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning, and execution of Joint Business Plans.
Category Management: Manage category and promotion planning to drive sales.
Operational Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency for the modern trade channel.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Sales Achievement: Achieve planned sales by channel and customer.
Stakeholder Management: Manage various internal and external stakeholders to achieve consistent growth.
Promotional Cost Management: Work within allocated promotional costs and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building.
In-Store Activations: Plan and negotiate for in-store activations, merchandising, and sell-out plans with accounts.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable annual trading and logistic contracts with chain accounts.
Market Intelligence: Provide trade information, competitor activities, and market intelligence to the company.
Accounts Receivables: Manage accounts receivables, debt collection, and resolve long-standing debts.
Customer Relations: Resolve customer trade issues, complaints, and operational matters.
Market Visits: Manage and review outstation outlets through frequent market visits and liaising with local sales management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing head and key account executives to achieve the company's objectives and vision.
