Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:.

- Identify and seize new business opportunities with a strong focus on AI-based clients and cutting-edge technologies.

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to maximize growth and revenue.

- Stay updated with the latest market trends and technological advancements, leveraging them to drive business growth.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with AI-based clients and technology partners.

- Understand client needs and develop tailored IT solutions to address their challenges.

- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Leadership and Team Management:.

- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.

- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and support professional growth within the team.

- Drive outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, email campaigns, and bidding on platforms like.

Upwork and Freelancer.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and client requirements.

- Provide actionable insights to enhance strategy and market presence.

Sales and Target Achievement:.

- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative strategies and client-centric approaches.

- Implement lead generation techniques, including LinkedIn networking and client outreach campaigns.

- Participate in industry events and networking sessions to build brand visibility and client connections.

Key Requirements:.

- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in the IT Services domain with a focus on AI-based clients.

- Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor sales teams.

- Expertise in leveraging AI technologies and understanding the latest market trends.

- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close deals in a highly competitive environment.

- Proficiency in bidding on online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and LinkedIn strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
