- We are looking for a Creative Social Media & AdWords Expert who can independently own and manage both our paid ad campaigns and social media creatives.

- Plan, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Design and develop high-quality social media creatives (static and video) aligned with business goals.
- Create and maintain monthly content and ad calendars across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align creatives and campaigns with ongoing promotions, service launches, and audience targeting.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and implement continuous improvements to boost engagement and ROI.
- Stay updated with platform changes, advertising policies, and industry trends to maintain campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in digital advertising and graphic design/social media content creation.
- Proven expertise in running Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns with clear ROI metrics.
- Hands-on proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Ability to write effective ad copies and marketing content tailored for different platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
