Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies to drive client growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, and excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.

- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance.

- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.

- Generate comprehensive performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.

- Provide regular updates on campaign performance and progress towards goals.

Market Research & Strategy:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

- Contribute to the development of innovative marketing initiatives.

Client Communication & Collaboration:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Platform Proficiency:

- Maintain and deepen expert level knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Expand knowledge and execute campaigns on other advertising platforms as needed.

Sales Support:

- Provide support to sales teams by providing performance data and marketing insights.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and performance marketing.


Skills:

- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Proven proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience in the ecommerce domain is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytical tools.
