Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role will be pivotal in driving our social media presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies, creating compelling content, and optimizing our social media channels to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Mobikasa's marketing goals.
- Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva or similar design tools.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
Social Media Optimization (SMO):
- Implement effective SMO techniques to increase brand visibility and organic reach.
- Optimize social media profiles and content for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve content relevance.
Social Media Scheduling & Management:
- Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Social Pilot) for scheduling and managing content.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly.
- Manage and maintain social media community engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics).
- Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report on competitor social media activities.
Digital Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the content strategy of the company.
Communication:
- Maintain excellent communication with all internal and external stake holders.
- Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and professional.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in marketing or related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a social media marketing role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. -
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience in content strategy development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
