About the Role:
Mobavenue is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Manager - HR to join our expanding team in Delhi.
This role plays a key part in driving performance management, employee retention strategies, implementation of HR processes and policies, automation initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support performance management processes.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain employee engagement.
- Drive the implementation of HR processes, policies, and automation tools.
- Ensure seamless HR operations and resolve employee queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with teams to foster a positive and people-first work environment.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, with a strong people-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
