Job Description:


The Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including E-commerce, Quick commerce and Google Ads. The role involves developing compelling marketing materials, conducting market research, analysing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to drive conversions and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:


Paid Advertising Expertise:


- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Ecommerce, Quick commerce platforms and Google Ads to ensure maximum ROI.


- Develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing materials to attract viewers and drive conversions.


- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify new campaign opportunities and target audiences.


- Analyse campaign performance data across all platforms to identify areas for optimization and

generate insightful reports.


- Stay up-to-date on the latest advertising platforms, features, and best practices.


- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, content) to create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.


Data Analysis and Reporting:


- Track and analyse website traffic, social media engagement metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.


- Generate reports and identify actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.


- Stay up-to-date on data analytics tools and platforms.


Qualifications:


- Graduation or Post Graduation with 4-8 years of experience in performance marketing.


- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, preferably including Flipkart Ads and Google Ads.


- Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles is a plus.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.


- Passion for staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
