Position Overview: - We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Manager Marketing & Social Media to lead and execute our marketing strategies. - The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced startup environments, preferably at companies like Traya, Oziva, Bella Vita, Mokobara, Lenskart, Giva, or similar brands. - This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and social media strategies to drive growth, engagement, and awareness for Avataar Skin Care. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. - Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others. - Focus on increasing brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth. - Brand Building & Positioning: Manage the development and maintenance of Avataar Skin Care's brand identity across all touchpoints. - Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand voice and values. - Content Creation & Management: Oversee content creation, including social media posts, video campaigns, blog articles, and influencer collaborations, ensuring they resonate with our target audience. - Influencer & Celebrity Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, celebrities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand credibility and reach. - Drive successful collaborations and campaigns. - Paid Media & Digital Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other channels. - Manage budgets and maximize ROI on all campaigns. - Customer Engagement: Engage with customers on social media and online platforms, ensuring excellent community management, building relationships, and handling customer queries and feedback. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM tools) to measure the performance of campaigns and social media initiatives. - Optimize strategies based on data and market trends. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business goals. - Market Research & Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing techniques. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and customer engagement. Qualifications & Requirements: - Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on social media, digital marketing, and brand management. - Ideally, you have worked in fast-growing startups like Traya, Oziva, Bella Vita, Mokobara, Lenskart, Giva, or similar brands. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - An MBA is a plus. - Social Media Expertise: Proven track record in developing and executing social media strategies that drive significant engagement, following, and conversions. - Startup Experience: Hands-on experience in high-growth startup environments, demonstrating your ability to scale brand presence and drive marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving space. - Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of paid media, performance marketing, content marketing, and data analytics. - Creative & Analytical: A mix of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness through data. - Influencer & Celebrity Relationships: Established experience working with influencers, KOLs, and celebrities, particularly in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. - Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership capabilities, able to manage a team, while also working collaboratively across functions to achieve business goals. - Passion for Skincare & Wellness: A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and beauty, with an understanding of the needs and desires of our customer base.
