Job Title: MIS and Analytics Lead - Collections (Personal Loans)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven MIS and Analytics Lead to manage reporting, data analytics, incentive planning, and performance management for our Call Center and Field Collections teams. This role plays a critical part in driving insights for strategic decisions and operational excellence across the Personal Loans collections portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and reports covering performance of call center and field collections teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in preparation of MIS for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Automate regular reports using tools such as SQL, Excel, VBA, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Collections Analytics:
- Analyze collection trends, roll rates, bucket-wise efficiencies, and team performance.
- Generate actionable insights to improve collection strategies and minimize delinquencies.
- Work closely with strategy and ops teams to identify gaps and opportunities across geographies and channels.
Incentive Planning & Payout Management:
- Design and implement monthly/quarterly incentive plans aligned to business objectives.
- Calculate and validate incentive payouts across call center and field staff.
- Ensure transparent and fair incentive processes while driving high performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with finance, HR, and operations teams for seamless payout management and reporting alignment.
- Work with senior management to develop KPIs and business goals based on data insights.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance data infrastructure and system capabilities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
- 6- 10 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or collections strategy, preferably in NBFC/BFSI.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python/R (preferred), and BI tools.
- Experience managing performance metrics and incentive design for large operational teams.
KPIs / Success Metrics:
- Timeliness and accuracy of MIS reports.
- Impact of analytics-driven strategies on recovery efficiency.
- Incentive payout accuracy and process adherence.
- Improvements in portfolio quality and team productivity metrics.
