Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Manager who has extensive experience in Salesforce services and solutions, and a strong track record of selling to the US market.
This role will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and qualifying leads to closure in coordination with the pre-sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the inside sales strategy for Salesforce services and products in the US market.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound/outbound prospecting.
- Build and manage a high-conversion sales pipeline using different tools.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and webinars to generate leads.
- Understand client pain points and position relevant Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
- Coordinate discovery calls, product demos, and solution discussions with the pre-sales team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead qualification to proposal to contract closure.
- Maintain and track key sales metrics and provide reports to leadership on pipeline health and conversion.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives; assign targets and monitor performance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Inside Sales, with a minimum of 5+ years in Salesforce service sales.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, licensing, and partner landscape.
- Strong experience in selling to US-based clients - preferably in Nonprofit, Manufacturing, Education, Tech and Healthcare.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work during overlapping US time zones as required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven B2B sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with a Salesforce consulting partner or ISV.
- Exposure to AI, Data & Analytics, or Cloud-native services is a plus.
- Understanding of US market dynamics, compliance, and procurement cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
