Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Location - Gurgaon.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Strategic Financial Stewardship and Growth Enablement

- Operating Efficiencies & Financial Gaps: Drive process optimization across functions to improve cost efficiency and plug financial performance gaps.

- Capitalization Strategy: Lead capital structuring initiatives-balancing equity, debt, and internal accruals to support strategic growth plans.

- Debt & Treasury Management: Manage existing loans and liabilities, optimize debt servicing, and build robust treasury systems for liquidity and returns.

- Sweat Equity & ITR Structuring: Align equity strategies including sweat equity allocations and tax-optimized structures to attract partners.

- Capital Approvals & Deployment: Ensure rigorous capital allocation governance, aligned to return thresholds and long-term value creation.

- Capacity Investment (Q Capacity): Support business expansion by enabling timely financial backing for capacity creation and scaling operations.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain strict adherence to statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements, ensuring zero non-compliance.

- M&A and Strategic Acquisitions: Evaluate and execute inorganic growth opportunities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration oversight.

- Litigation & Financial Exposure Management: Proactively manage financial risks linked to disputes, legal exposure, and contingent liabilities.
