Role Overview:

The Director of AI Practice will be a pivotal leader, tasked with defining and executing Mirketa's AI strategy. This role demands a hands-on, strategic leader who can build AI capabilities, assemble and mentor a high-performing team, define comprehensive service offerings, and actively support pre-sales endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in AI/ML, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to seamlessly blend strategic vision with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and articulate a strategic roadmap for Mirketa's AI practice, encompassing capabilities, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.

- Maintain a deep understanding of emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks, ensuring Mirketa's competitive edge in the AI landscape.

- Drive the development of AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, while also exploring and capitalizing on opportunities in other AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, and diverse AI/ML frameworks).

- Recruit and cultivate a high-impact AI team, balancing hands-on technical talent with strategic leadership capabilities.

- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to upskill existing employees on AI technologies and best practices.

- Define, prototype, and implement innovative AI-driven solutions tailored to the unique needs of enterprise clients.

- Leverage AI capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein AI, Data Cloud, etc.) and other platforms to maximize business value.

- Guide the team in the development of sophisticated AI/ML models, seamless integrations, and efficient automation frameworks.

- Provide expert support to the sales team in AI-related pre-sales activities, including impactful client presentations, compelling proposal development, and engaging proof-of-concepts (PoCs).

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft compelling AI service propositions and thought leadership content.

- Engage with clients to understand their AI requirements and align solutions with their strategic business objectives.

Technical Expertise:

- 12+ years of extensive industry experience with a strong background in AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI.

- Hands-on experience with leading AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI, etc.) and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI).

- Familiarity with Salesforce AI offerings (Einstein AI, Tableau AI, Agents) is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML development toolkits.

- Proven track record of building and leading AI teams from inception.

- Ability to effectively balance hands-on AI development with strategic leadership.

- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to drive initiatives effectively with limited resources.

- Experience in defining and implementing AI-driven service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

- Strong ability to support pre-sales activities, including PoCs, demos, and client conversations.

- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and experience working with enterprise clients.
