- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional with a focus on hunting new logos to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our automotive / embedded client base.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in embedded systems sales and a passion for opening new accounts, specifically in the automotive services domain.
- You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with key automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and automotive technology providers, and driving sales of our embedded design services.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Should be well versed with the Pune - Automotive OEMs, Tier-1/2 companies.
- Should be well versed with Staff augmentation, T&M Model of embedded software services contract /engagements and should have proven record of closing deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector, focusing on OEMs, Tier-1/2 suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders in the automotive ecosystem.
- Lead efforts to secure new accounts for embedded design services, including software and hardware development, system integration, and custom solutions for automotive industry.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Proactively prospect and open new accounts, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the automotive industry.
- Understand client needs and work closely with engineering teams to propose tailored solutions that align with customer requirements for embedded systems.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new accounts, ensuring constant engagement with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Lead presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals, ensuring clear alignment between customer needs and our embedded design services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and success of proposals and solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in front end sales within the embedded systems or automotive design services industry.
- Strong track record of successfully opening new accounts and driving sales for embedded solutions and automotive design services.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network and relationships with key players in the automotive sector.
- Experience in managing complex, multi-phase sales processes in the automotive embedded design services space.
