Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong background in paid social media campaigns and SEO. This role is crucial for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, managing all social media platforms, and providing key insights to drive business growth. The candidate must be passionate about the ever-evolving social media landscape and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute both paid and organic marketing campaigns across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct day-to-day social media monitoring, moderation, and in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using various social media business and ad manager platforms.
- Create and implement monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Perform keyword research using tools like Google Search Console to identify powerful keywords and drive valuable organic traffic.
- Write effective SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts.
- Be responsible for all marketing and advertising activities on social media, from strategy to execution.
- Assess and manage reporting tools and dashboards, and provide regular, data-driven reports to senior management.
- Possess excellent coordination and multitasking skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Remain flexible to work on US shifts as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console (Webmaster tools).
- Expertise in running paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
