Miracle Group - Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Manager - Accounts to lead our Finance and Accounts function.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of team leadership and strong expertise in taxation and general accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Accounts and Finance Department, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all financial operations.

- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to direct and indirect taxation.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and accurate financial reporting.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

- In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

- Strong expertise in direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
