Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QMS Manager to lead our Quality Management System initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quality assurance, with strong knowledge of BRC, FSSAI, and SEDEX standards.
This role is critical in ensuring that our quality systems, audits, and certifications are fully compliant with regulatory and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards, FSSAI regulations, and SEDEX ethical trade audits.
- Oversee preparation for external audits and certifications; act as the primary point of contact for audit bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and R&D to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Train and guide internal teams on QMS procedures, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or QMS management, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BRC, FSSAI, and SEDEX compliance requirements.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory standards, documentation, and audit protocols
