Business Development Manager - Corporate Sales
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager Corporate Sales to drive growth and build strong client relationships in the food packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food industry packaging space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell packaging solutions including corrugated packaging, mono cartons, and flexible packaging tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing strategic plans and executing client acquisition strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to generate leads and stay updated on market developments.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of corrugation, mono carton, and flexible packaging products and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus
