Mindpeers is seeking for a dynamic and strategic Business Growth Lead to drive our expansion efforts, build strong partnerships, and manage outreach initiatives.
This role is a blend of trainer acquisition, event management, strategic partnerships, and social media execution-ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Trainer Acquisition & Coordination : Identify, onboard, and manage trainers for our programs.
- Maintain trainer relationships and ensure smooth coordination, oversee quality control and feedback for training sessions.
- Plan and execute workshops, webinars, and networking events.
- Manage logistics, speaker coordination, and audience engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with mental health organizations, universities, and corporate partners.
- Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy.
- Create engaging content, manage platforms, and track performance.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to expand our reach.
You must:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, event management, or partnerships.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for mental health, training, and education sectors.
