About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced professional to join the Global Middle Office within Financial Operations. The role involves managing trade lifecycle processes, supporting private credit operations, and driving process excellence through automation and data-driven insights.
This position provides cross-functional exposure and opportunities to collaborate with international teams, while offering strong career progression into leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee trade lifecycle operations, including trade capture, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for front office queries and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage workflows related to private credit and distressed equity transactions.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and client service enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to transformation projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Postgraduate qualification: CA / MBA (mandatory).
- 7-14 years of experience in financial operations, middle office, or trade support.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliations, settlements, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, IHS Markit, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
