Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing ALM statements & simulations
- Implementing treasury management system/ platforms
- Entering deals in the system and getting system updated as per developing requirements.
- Preparing ALM reports for RBI submission.
- Preparing ALCO presentation and submissions
- Providing data to investors, banks, trustee and rating agencies
- Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI and other regulations along with Compliance department.
- Regular submission of MIS to internal stakeholders
- Monitoring borrowing, rating and security limits
- Maintaining data on various G-sec, corporate bonds and Bank PLR on a regular basis
- Assisting/ preparing term sheet and other related documents for fundraising
- Ensuring timely completion of fund-raising related activities such as listing of securities, documentation etc. as per resources SOP
- Compliance and covenants tracking
- Tracking various market trends and happenings in financial sector and updating the same to FO and senior management
- Working closely with finance and compliance for all audit related matters and ensuring queries are resolved.
- Revising and updating resources manual/SOP and policies as per requirement
- Preparing investor communications
Skills:
- Good written and oral communication
- Good at excel, word and presentation.
- Sound knowledge & understanding of various treasury instruments.
- Should have good analytical skills.
- Should be able to work in a team and deliver results
