Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and excellence

- Drive business development efforts, build strategic partnerships, and explore new revenue opportunities

- Collaborate with the core team on long-term strategic planning and execution

- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture

- Analyze business performance data and make informed decisions to optimize growth

- Contribute to fundraising efforts and investor relations as required

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and operations

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Exceptional project management and decision-making skills

- Analytical thinking with a solutions-oriented approach

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in a startup environment is highly desirable

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field
