About the Role:
The Sr. Analyst - Human Resources will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying candidates based on job descriptions, ensuring the closure of vacancies within stipulated timelines.
The individual will interact with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and contribute to innovative and economical hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Pool Expansion: Identify and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review applications, resumes, and profiles to shortlist qualified individuals.
- Interviewing & Selection: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Time-to-Fill Optimization: Ensure timely closure of open positions by streamlining the recruitment process.
- Offer Acceptance Rate Enhancement: Communicate job offers effectively and address candidate concerns.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Work towards building a diverse workforce.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the organization's employer brand through positive candidate experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Track recruitment metrics for process improvement.
- Innovation in Hiring: Develop new and cost-effective recruitment methods.

- Proficiency in job portals (Naukri.com, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, etc.

- Understanding of employer branding strategies.
- Emotional intelligence and adaptability in handling recruitment challenges.
Education & Experience:
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA/Post-Graduation preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR recruitment experience
