About the Job:
The Analyst/Senior Analyst will support business development efforts by conducting market research, preparing proposals, and assisting in the identification of new business opportunities.
The role requires a proactive approach to engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the preparation of customer-specific proposals, including documentation and bid submissions.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in government and private sectors.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Support client interactions and maintain customer relationships.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing reports.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, draft queries, and support proposal development.
- Assist in pricing negotiations and contract drafting.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
- Support cross-functional coordination within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:B.E/B.Tech/MBA (Freshers and experienced candidates up to 5 years are welcome).
- Basic understanding of proposal management, bid preparation, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Interest in business development and market research.
- Team collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
