About the Role:

The Manager - Human Resources will lead the recruitment function by sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates efficiently while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

The role involves enhancing employer branding, improving the hiring process, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure the recruitment of top talent within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.

- Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to shortlist top candidates.

- Interviewing & Hiring Decisions: Lead interview processes, ensuring a strong cultural and technical fit.

- Recruitment Efficiency: Optimize the time-to-fill metric and remove hiring bottlenecks.

- Offer Management: Ensure high offer acceptance rates by effectively communicating job offers and addressing concerns.

- Quality of Hire: Focus on long-term success and performance of hired employees.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement hiring strategies to create an inclusive workforce.

- Employer Branding Initiatives: Strengthen employer brand through innovative outreach and communication.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness.

- Process Improvement & Innovation: Introduce new tools and best practices for hiring efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Expertise in candidate evaluation and selection.

- Strategic thinking in recruitment planning and execution.

- Proficiency in job portals (Naukri.com, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, etc. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic hiring environments.

Education & Experience:

Graduation is mandatory; MBA/Post-Graduation preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR recruitment with a proven track record in hiring
