About the Job - Designation: Customer Relations Manager

Job Location: Goa

What Youll do:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager with at least 6 years of experience in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing a high performing team. Your primary responsibilities include resolving customer queries, driving exceptional customer service and leading CRM Operations within the real estate domain. You will be instrumental in overseeing collections, generating critical MIS reports, and managing seamless process and result driven operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the CRM team effectively

2. Address and resolve customer queries, providing timely and practical solutions

3. Oversee day to day customer support and service activities, ensuring high satisfaction levels

4. Manage the collections process efficiently of entire projects

5. Prepare and present various MIS reports for internal stakeholders

6. Oversee and manage platform operations

Job Specifications

1. Proven experience of at-least 6 years in the CRM department within the real estate industry

2. Strong communication skills with a customer centric mindset

3. Proven experience in leading a team and managing customer relations

4. A problem solver with a focus on providing actionable solution
