Role & responsibilities :

Job Description - (Solar Project Management Experience Is mandatory)

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Manage project contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships.

- Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and status reports.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and constraints. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and objectives.

- Allocate resources, tasks, and responsibilities to project team members.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; take corrective actions as needed.

- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Prioritize safety and quality throughout project execution.

- Manage changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements. Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and performance.

- Manage project procurement, including sourcing materials and services. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

- Adapt leadership style based on the needs and dynamics of project teams. Showcase professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Collaborate with finance teams to manage project financials and cost tracking.
