About the Role:


- Business Development (Corporate Selling / Enterprise selling / End customer selling). Lead Generation. Hunting and Farming of the accounts.


Responsibilities:


- Responsible for Strategy and Business planning for overall sales,and to ensurethe same is executed to stay at maximum achievement or above against assigned quota. Understanding of the product portfolio of servers, storages, IT hardware and workstations and datacenter solutions.


- To manage the channel partners and corporate end customers selling. Maintain relationship withexisting accounts to develop significant recurring business and acquire new customers. Meeting the salestarget through corporate sales by interacting and direct visitto client to give information and presentation about various services and IT hardware products offered. Handling pricing, followup and negotiation and closing dealsas per clientrequisition.


- Identifying , implementing and managing the best product management solutions and techniques for increasing the products valueto ensure maximums sales for theorganization. Analyze and propose marketing strategy to retain customers.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.


- 5-10 years' prior industry related business development experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. Focused and goal-oriented.
