This role is crucial in building strategic partnerships, fostering collaborations, and driving business growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and nurture strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions.

- Identify and engage key stakeholders within target hospitals to create productive and long-lasting partnerships.

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to align institutional relationship strategies with business objectives.

- Drive business growth by identifying and leveraging new opportunities, such as collaborations, joint knowledge creation, and licensing agreements.

- Lead negotiations on partnership agreements and contracts with hospitals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and regulatory compliance.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare industry shifts to identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and promote our products and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and achievement of key milestones.

- Stay informed about healthcare policies, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance in all institutional relationships.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to a team of relationship managers, driving their professional growth and performance.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy ( M.Pharma, Pharma D), Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.

- At least 15 years of experience in managing institutional relationships within the Rx pharmaceutical industry, specifically working with hospitals.

- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare systems, and hospital operations.

- Established network within the hospital sector, with a proven ability to build and maintain influential relationships.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and seize business opportunities.

- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business expansion.

- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance in all partnership activities.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events.
