Job Description:
To lead and execute the sales strategy for MED-VERSEs product portfolio in the assigned region.
Responsible for establishing strong market presence, driving sales growth, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
a) Establish MED-VERSE's product portfolio across the assigned region.
- Product Disposable Bronchoscope and Electrosurgical Unit.
- Drive awareness and adoption of MED-VERSEs products among target customers.
- Develop and implement region-specific strategies to introduce and promote the full product range.
- Build strong networks with hospitals, technicians and purchase dept.
b) Demonstration of the products.
- Conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
- Provide technical support and training to HCPs.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical value to HCPs.
c) Sales and Business Development.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the defined timelines.
- Identify new market opportunities, leads, and potential customer segments.
- Negotiate and close high-impact deals aligned with company guidelines.
d) Customer Relationship Management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through after-sales support and follow-ups.
- Address queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
e) Team Collaboration and Reporting.
- Work closely with business head, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain updated sales records, customer information, and market feedback.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to the
supervisor.
f) Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product launches.
- Share insights with management to refine product positioning and strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years of sales experience in medical devices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
