Job Overview:


Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager - API Sales to lead and expand our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) sales in domestic, international, and regulatory markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, strong market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand API sales in domestic, international, and regulatory markets.


- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and regulatory bodies to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.


- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.


- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines in different markets, working closely with the regulatory affairs team.


- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and stay updated on market trends.


- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual goals.


- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.


Qualifications:


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.


- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in API sales, with a strong focus on domestic, international, and regulatory markets.


- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.


- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, API products, and regulatory requirements in various markets.
