Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the IVD market to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads by conducting face-to-face meetings with customers at hospitals and diagnostic laboratories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users and channel partners.
- Effectively promote IVD products, highlighting their technical details and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective action plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Drive order collection, payment collection, and other customer-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Negotiate and close deals, addressing customer complaints and objections effectively.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Persuade customers to purchase company products by demonstrating value and addressing their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IVD or related healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the IVD market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively
