Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and expand our corporate BTL activation business in Delhi NCR, with a strong focus on the Automobile and Consumer Durables sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strategic client relationships, and delivering impactful activation campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for BTL activations and experiential marketing across the Delhi NCR region.
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with large and mid-sized corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
- Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative activation campaign ideas tailored to client objectives.
- Leverage networks with media agencies and corporate stakeholders to generate leads and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to proactively recommend solutions.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to the regional P&L performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and business opportunities.
Required Experience & Background
- 712 years of proven experience in media sales, BTL/event activations, or experiential marketing.
- Strong track record in closing large deals and managing key accounts.
- Prior experience with media agencies, event companies, or activation firms preferred.
- Established client network in the Automobile and Consumer Durables industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently as well as in teams.
