Who are we looking for?
- An ideal candidate is someone who has a knack for technology, is passionate about building products for scale, and operates with a high degree of ownership.
- The individual would collaborate with a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts to build products for Media owners across the globe.
What will you be responsible for:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and help define product strategy, prioritize, and deliver key roadmap items.
- Conduct Primary and Secondary Research, interact with customers, prospective leads, and partners engage in industry events, and contribute to building product strategy
- Own the Product life cycle for the key focus area, starting with research, scoping the problem, building POCs, validating hypotheses, and productizing and scaling the solution
- Define key metrics and align all stakeholders to set goals and track them to fruition
- Mentor Product Managers and Product Analysts to help them synthesize requirements create Product plans, write effective PRDs, and deliver features
- Work closely with the engineering teams - help the team understand the business context and communicate requirements, discuss and deliberate on tradeoffs and clear and consistent priorities
- Engage with marketing and sales teams to take products to market and be accountable for key business outcomes.
- Communicate new product/feature releases, engage with the Marketing team and Technical Account Managers to create white papers/case studies, and run training programs.
Who should apply for this role?
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management delivering highly successful products
- MBA/PG from an institute of excellence with prior experience in software development is preferable.
- Understanding the digital advertising ecosystem and experience with data products & monetization is a plus
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, learn new concepts and technologies
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from large data sets
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments
- Have great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good team player who would inspire team members and strives to improve the culture, processes, and products
