- Manage end-to-end media buying and execution, ensuring timely procurement and deployment.
- Engage with media partners to analyze efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI of media campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and campaign results to improve future media investments.
- Align, coordinate, and manage the marketing budget and other fixed expenses based on marketing activities.
- Release weekly and monthly budget reports with actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Forecast marketing expenditure requirements based on historical trends and planned activities.
- Liaise with agencies and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely budget updates and PO releases.
- Ensure smooth processing of vendor payments by overseeing backend financial processes, including PR and PO creation.
- Evaluate spend data and provide actionable insights for cost optimization.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to streamline data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare clear, data-driven presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for management and stakeholders.
